Follow these 8 steps to get the most out of SewaCircle360 Punjab.
Create Your Free Account
Click 'Register' and choose 'Looking for Services'. Fill in your name, email and password. Verification is instant — no waiting for approval.
You can also browse shops without an account, but contact details and booking are only available after login.
Search for a Service or Shop
Use the search bar on the homepage or visit the Search page. Filter by city, service category, keyword, or toggle 'Open Now' to find businesses currently open.
Try searching 'Electrician' in Punjab — you'll see ratings, hours, and pricing at a glance.
View Shop Details
Click any shop to see their full profile: services & pricing list, photo gallery, customer reviews, business hours, and location. All verified shops have a ✓ badge.
Address, phone number and map are visible only to logged-in users — this protects shop owner privacy.
Contact the Shop
Use the 'Call' button to call directly or the 'WhatsApp' button to open a chat. A floating WhatsApp button is always visible while browsing the shop page.
All contact clicks are tracked — shops can see how many people reached out via phone vs WhatsApp.
Send an Inquiry
Use the 'Send Inquiry' form on the shop page to send a direct message. The shop owner gets notified by email instantly. You can track status (Pending / Replied) in your dashboard.
Inquiries are great for asking prices, availability, or custom service requests before committing.
Book an Appointment
Pick a date, time and service from the 'Book Appointment' panel on any shop page. The owner can Accept, Reject or mark it Complete. You get real-time status updates.
You can add a special request note when booking — e.g., 'Please bring tools for outdoor work'.
Leave a Review
After using a service, scroll to the 'Reviews' section on the shop page and rate the shop from 1–5 stars with a comment. Shop owners can reply to your review publicly.
Your reviews help others in the community make better decisions. Be honest and detailed!
Save to Favourites
Tap the heart icon on any shop card to save it. All your favourited shops appear in your Dashboard under 'My Favourite Shops' for quick access later.
Recently viewed shops also appear on the homepage, so you can always pick up where you left off.
